LIMA Japan Cooperates with Tokyo Gift Show for Toho Godzilla Seminar (13 February 2019)

LIMA Japan member, Toho, will present a keynote seminar at the Tokyo International Gift Show taking place this month at Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Centre.

Takaaki Nakazawa, Group Leader, Licensing Group at Toho’s International Business Department will deliver a seminar entitled “Toho’s International Licensing Program – Strategically Developing Toho’s IP”

Nakazawa will outline the licensing business strategy for Toho’s famous character, Godzilla, and its global scale driven by movies, TV animations and other media. Specifically, he will talk about Toho’s directly-managed international licensing program for Toho’s Summer 2018 blockbuster movie, “Godzilla”. The seminar is recommended to professionals involved in contents marketing and to property owners considering taking their IP into international markets.

It will take place on Wednesday 13 February from 11:00 to 12:00 in the Conference Tower at Tokyo Big Sight.

Participation is free to the first 100 applicants. The seminar is in Japanese-language only.
